1. Firearms, Serialized Items & Ammunition

• All sales are final once a firearm or serialized item is transferred to the customer.

• Firearms cannot be returned or exchanged after passing the background check and transfer at the FFL.

• Ammunition is non-returnable due to safety and regulatory reasons.

2. Accessories & Parts

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

• A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and cover shipping costs.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection of returned items.
