1. Processing & Handling

• Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after payment and required documentation are received.

• Tracking information will be provided via email once shipped.

2. Firearm Shipments

• Firearms must ship to a valid FFL dealer.

• Customer must arrange for their dealer to send us a signed copy of their FFL license.

• Customer is responsible for any fees charged by their chosen dealer.

3. Restrictions

• We do not ship firearms, magazines, or certain accessories to states or localities where prohibited by law.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to know their state and local laws before ordering.

4. Shipping Carriers

• We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on item type and destination.

• Some items may require adult signature upon delivery.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• Risk of loss transfers to the carrier at the time of shipment.

• If an order is lost or damaged, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
