1. Eligibility & Legal Compliance

• You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase rifle parts or accessories, and 21 years of age to purchase firearms.

• By ordering, you certify that you are legally allowed to own the items in your jurisdiction.

• Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearms, ammunition, and accessories is the sole responsibility of the customer.

2. Firearm Purchases

• All firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.

• Customers must provide the receiving dealer’s information during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the dealer provides Filthy Civilian with a valid copy of their FFL license.

• Firearms will only be transferred after the customer completes the required ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check at the receiving FFL.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

• Orders are considered offers to purchase until accepted by Filthy Civilian. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

• Orders cancelled prior to shipment may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

• Once a firearm has shipped to an FFL, the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Product Information

• We strive for accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all product information is error-free.

• Product images are for reference only and may differ slightly from actual items.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Filthy Civilian is not responsible for misuse, improper installation, or illegal use of any product sold.

• Firearms and accessories should only be used by qualified individuals. Customer assumes all risk upon purchase.

6. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Howell County, Missouri.
